Regulamentul Sectiunii

Acest regulament vizeaza direct toti userii care posteaza in aceasta sectiune. Numai urmand cu strictete aceste reguli veti evita posibile warn-uri sau diferite disable-uri de pm, posting, account, etc.

Aceasta sectiune NU este destinata reclamei pentru firme.

In Romana

1) Titul topicului trebuie sa fie clar, el trebuind sa contina unul din cuvintele VAND / CUMPAR / SCHIMB, denumirea produsului si eventual pretul (oferit/cerut), fara a fi insotit de comentarii precum "Super Oferta!" sau "Ia-l acu' repede ca inchide la Non-Stop".

2) In cazul vanzarii/schimbului continutul topicului va contine obligatoriu un pret (exprimat in RON), detalii despre produs (garantie, uzura s.a.m.d.), si un link catre o pagina cu specificatii in caz ca nu apar la detaliile despre produs, metoda de contact si orasul in care se vinde produsul sau daca se poate trimite produsul in provincie si eventual produsul cu care se vrea schimbul.
In cazul cumpararii continutul topicului va contine bugetul alocat, o descriere a produsului (un link catre o pagina cu specificatii, daca este cazul), metoda de contact si orasul in care se cumpara produsul.

3) In cazul in care produsul scos la vanzare/schimb NU este nou (sigilat) , o poza este obligatorie pentru a confirma starea produsului. In caz in care nu aveti posibilitatea pe moment sa faceti fotografii cu produsul specificati acest lucru, insa aveti obligatia sa adaugati imaginile cat mai repede dupa aceea.


4) Sistemul "UP" pentru a readuce topicul la suprafata nu este permis aici (fie prin posturi gen UP, fie prin deschiderea altui topic). Se considera SPAM si este sanctionat de moderatorul acestei sectiuni.

5) Amatorii de offtopic ieftin care se baga aiurea in seama la modul: scump dom'le scump, dincolo era mai ieftin sunt rugati sa se abtina de la orice comentariu. Sanctiunile pentru asa ceva sunt extrem de grave si in marea parte includ retinerea dreptului de a mai posta.
Daca considerati ca pretul mentionat este prea mare anuntati vanzatorul si/sau moderatorul sectiunii doar prin PM, nu postati direct pe forum, pentru a nu porni un flame. Abaterile vor fi sanctionate. In acest caz topicul poate fi inchis pana la lamurirea situatiei.

6) Anti-reclama nu este permisa, si este considerata aproape la fel de grava ca offtopic-urile inutile. In cazul in care aveti o parere personala (negativa) despre un produs de o calitate neglijabila puteti sa oferiti recomandarea dumneavoastra unui potential cumparator prin PM.

7) Daca aveti un produs de vanzare sau doriti sa cumparati unul nu postati intr-un anunt existent decat daca produsul raspunde cererii (de vanzare, cumparare sau schimb) facute de autorul topicului. Abaterile vor fi sanctionate.

Orice anunt care nu contine datele specificate la punctele 1, 2 si 3 poate fi inchis imediat pana la completarea lui cu toate datele necesare.

In English

1) The topic title should be clear and obvious. It should contain one of the SELL / BUY / EXCHANGE words, the name and also the price of the item you are trying to sell/buy/exchange. There will be no such suffix to the title name as "Super Offer" or "Buy now or die!". It will most probably lead to a warning and the topic being closed.

2) If you sell/exchange the topic created must contain a price (in RON), details about the product (guarantee form if any, scratches or any other visible marks of the product being used), a link to a specifications page in case they are not covered in the details above, contact method and the city for the exchange or if possible to send in province.
If you buy the topic created must contain the budget for that product, the description of the product (a link to a specifications page if necessary), contact method and the city where you want to buy the product.

3) In case the product you wish to sell/trade is NOT new (in box) , a photo is required to confirm the state of the product. If you can't provide for the moment any photos, specify it, but you must post the photos as soon as possible.


4) The "Up" system for bringing up your topic to the top of the forum is not permitted here (by posting something like UP or by opening a new thread). It is considered to be SPAM and will be dealt with accordingly.

5) Cheap Spam seekers that just want to get involved for the fun of it (or the lack of attention from your gang back home) should restrain themselves from posting. The degree of risk when breaking this rule is high and either a warning, posting rights removal or account disabling is close.
If you think that the price posted is much too high, send a notification only by PM to the seller and/or the moderator of the section; do not post directly in the thread, as it could lead to flames. Breaking this rule will be dealt with accordingly. In this case the thread can be closed until things clear up.

6) No anti-commercial is allowed. It is considered useless SPAM and will again be dealth with accordingly. If one is to have a personal opinion regarding the possible quality of a product he or she should leave a PM with the vendor asking for information in the particular case.

7) If you want ot sell or buy something do not post in an existing thread, only if your product matches the request from the first post (sell, buy or exchange) made by the topic author. Breaking this rule will be dealt with accordingly.

Any announce that does not contain the items from points 1, 2 si 3 may be immediately closed until it will contain all the necessary details.
